Products include electronic components, moving parts, and lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries, which require careful handling.

The products are intended for:

• Educational and recreational use

• Supervised use by minors

The products are not intended for:

• Industrial, commercial safety-critical, or hazardous environments

• Use outside the provided instructions

 

 

4. Safety and Proper Use

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

• Follow all provided instructions and safety guidelines

• Ensure appropriate supervision when used by minors

• Use only recommended charging equipment

• Avoid modifying, disassembling, or altering the product

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or malfunction resulting from:

• Improper use

• Unauthorized modifications

• Use outside intended purpose

 

 

5. Battery and Electronics Disclaimer

Our products contain LiPo batteries and electronic components, which may pose risks if improperly handled.

You agree:

• Not to expose the battery to heat, water, or physical damage

• Not to use damaged or defective charging equipment

• To stop using the product if overheating, swelling, or damage is observed

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by improper handling or misuse of batteries or electronics.

 

 

6. Orders

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Limit quantities per customer

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

7. Prices and Payments

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay)

 

 

8. Shipping

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.
